DC Tours &amp; Trasnportation is proud to report zero incidents in all of our 20 years of service. We have not had any accidents that resulted in services disruption or injury. It is imperative that all drivers are proficient in the use and maintenance of such technologies. All of our capital investments in technology are accompanied by documented procedures and technical support to ensure equipment is maintained at operational readiness levels. The DC Tours &amp; Transportation maintenance schedule includes daily operational checks, quarterly fluid, latch and emergency inspections as well as annual state inspections. Records are kept using a log to document bus maintenance. All drivers must deliver any roadside inspection reports and complete a daily post-trip inspection report.</span><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;"><b>Insurance and License&nbsp;</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem;">DC Tours &amp; Transportation insurance coverage exceeds the legal minimum required amount of insurance for actively deployed buses, which is determined by seating capacity. Additionally, carriers are required to obtain a license from the FMSCA to operate across state lines. Certificates of insurance can be provided either with our bid or immediately following contract award notice.</span><br></p>
